Our online appointment scheduling system is provided for your convenience. Appointment requests made through our website are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our office.
We make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but we cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or times.
We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated missed appointments without proper notice may result in limitations on future scheduling or termination of the dentist-patient relationship.
In the event of a dental emergency, please call our office directly rather than using online scheduling. Online appointment requests are not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for urgent or emergency situations.
You are responsible for payment of all services provided, regardless of insurance coverage. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made with our office in advance.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, credit cards, and financing options such as CareCredit and Cherry. Specific payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before treatment begins.
If you have dental insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance company as a courtesy. However, you are ultimately responsible for all charges, including any amounts not covered by insurance.
Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. We cannot guarantee what your insurance will cover or what your out-of-pocket costs will be. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify coverage before receiving treatment.
If your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to collect payment, including using collection agencies or legal action. You will be responsible for all costs associated with collection efforts, including reasonable attorney fees.
While we strive to provide the highest quality dental care, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from any treatment or procedure. Results vary based on individual factors including overall health, oral hygiene, and compliance with post-treatment instructions.
Treatment plans are recommendations based on your examination and diagnosis. You have the right to accept or decline any recommended treatment. We will discuss all treatment options, risks, and alternatives with you before proceeding.
Your oral health requires ongoing maintenance and care. Regular checkups, cleanings, and following recommended treatment plans are your responsibility. Failure to maintain proper oral hygiene or attend scheduled appointments may affect treatment outcomes.
